M&A & Investments Canadian conglomerate Rektron Group will buy a 60% equity stake in struggling operator AT Ghana for $150 million. The operator has over $150 million in debt, which Rektron plans to restructure. Financials Deutsche Telekom is launching the T-Cloud service, focused on providing that buzz-phrase of the day “data sovereignty” for European customers. The product range includes different levels of sovereignty, and in some cases, DT will sell cloud services from other companies, such as SAP and Nvidia.
