Why Open Gateway / Camara Isn’t Plug-and-Play is the name of a recent white paper that does what it says on the tin. Telco software and security vendor ENEA argues that “despite global efforts to harmonize and standardize telecom APIs, Camara may not be as plug-and-play for mobile operators as they would like it to be.” Of course, ENEA would very much like to be the helping hand that it claims MNOs need, on this nascent Network API front, via its API Composition Engine (ACE).
