Alongside many other advanced Asian mobile operators, SK Telecom is keen to take the lead on AI-driven digital services, and has unveiled an AI-enabled fixed network management platform, alongside a recent slew of AI-related initiatives. SK Telecom has centered AI in its business plan and plans to use it to redefine all its business units. This will reap revenues of $18.5 billion from global AI services by 2028, according to SK Telecom – a company that has annual revenues in the $10 billion range, hence the interest.
