Amdocs’ agreement to buy UK-based service assurance software house Mycom OSI has collapsed. The Israel-based OSS/BSS heavyweight announced the deal, worth up to $188m, last May, but before the holiday it said the UK competition authorities were taking too long to issue approvals.
