It seems that Dominion Energy’s CEO Thomas Farrell, II agrees with us, and feels that he should have pushed the company away from gas and towards renewables, a little earlier. While he has not exactly fallen on his sword, he has moved upstairs to solely take the executive chairman role that he previously held along with the role of CEO. Make no mistake this is a company succession plan, not a CEO who fully realizes he made a huge mistake. Farrell will continue to serve as chair of the Board of Directors while Robert Blue, comes in as president and chief executive officer. At 66 years old Farrell could remain on the board of Dominion for some years to come.…
