EDF finally buys Pod Point, in joint venture with L&G finance firm

After weeks of rumors, EDF has actually gone and bought Pod Point, a UK EV charging provider, fleshing out EDF’s utility-minded EV portfolio, which was recently bolstered by the acquisition of Pivot Power in November.
