The GSMA is ratcheting up the pressure on the European Commission (EC), with a new letter that lists 23 supporting telecom CEOs calling for the EU to enter 2026 with a clear action plan. The EC’s official adoption plan is due in Q4, and so the GSMA and the supporting cast are attempting to ensure that their backroom lobbying pressure has not been wasted – trying to get the most favorable version of the Digital Networks Act (DNA) over the line.
