Everyone keeps looking at the main speeches that UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson gives, in the hope that he will unleash something that begins to look like a “Green Recovery,” but this week’s address in what is usually the Labour party’s heartland in Dudley in the West Midlands, stuck to purely traditional issues.
