US President Elect Joe Biden has promised to “use every tool of American foreign policy to push the rest of the world to raise their ambitions alongside the United States.” In a telephone conversation, Biden and Japanese PM Yoshihide Suga agreed that their nations will coordinate closely in combating global warming, according to Suga himself.
