UK network infrastructure provider Neos Networks has published the results of a survey of enterprises and data center operators, attempting to gauge the temperature of AI expectations. The project suggests a major migration is underway, but highlighted the problems facing those that hope to build their way out of the UK’s relatively challenging position on the global technology stage. The survey found that 97% of ‘data center leaders’ expect half of total compute to move to the edge by 2030.
