In the UK, O2 UK CEO Mark Evans has called on the prime minister Theresa May to intervene to correct an “imbalanced” spectrum landscape and relax planning laws, to encourage easier deployment of dense small cell networks. Evans was responding to May’s announcement of a new industrial strategy on January 23.
