In solar wafer manufacturing, the industry norm has forever been square wafers. The latest two main sizes written in full are 182mm*182mm and 210mm*210mm, for example. The next norm may be rectangular, due to several considerations including the puzzle of how to fit as much solar wattage as possible into a shipping container.
