In a rare week, the Indexes segment was the best performer – beating out the Vendors (down 0.49%) and the Operators (down 0.85%), with a whopping 0.17% gain. After last week’s hot streak, reality has kicked back in, with a more cautious investment outlook becoming more popular. Looking at the Vendors segment, there were 18 gains and 12 losses, this week. The best, by far, was ZTE – up 19.65%, as investors take positions that fluctuate significantly with geopolitical tensions. Its recent R&D and bond commitments have impressed.
