However, the +0.92% gain is not something one would normally write home about, but when the Indexes segment declined by -0.32%, any gain is notable. Nonetheless, the +0.06% gain for the Operators segment does not warrant a postcard. Interestingly, the Vendors segment scored highest despite only having 16 positive performances, compared to the 27 seen in the Operators segment. This is why in the average scores, the Operators segment performed better than the Vendors, some +1% compared to +0.42%, with the Indexes not far behind, on +0.39%.
