Syniverse and Tata Communications, two of the largest IPX network providers in the world, have tied up a deal to get their networks to talk to one another. IPX is an exchange protocol that works between different IP based networks and often takes traffic from fixed networks to mobile and back. The two will offer managed network services to give visibility to traffic once it has been handed off to another network, offering better visibility, customer service and control of the data flowing across all their interconnected networks.
