At last week’s Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2022), the WiFi Alliance released WiFi Certified 6 Release 2 – bringing support for uplink Multiuser-MIMO to enable faster upload speeds, and three new power management features for improved power efficiency. WiFi advocates from across the industry have weighed in with messages of support for the latest release, including executives from Airties, Broadcom, CommScope, Infineon, Intel, MaxLinear, Mediatek, NXP Semiconductor, onsemi and Qualcomm.
