Funding for the Marinus Link transmission line, which would link Australia’s cleanest state, wind and hydro-rich Tasmania with coal-burning Victoria, has been called into question by two rebel state MPs who quit the government two weeks ago stating their concern over debt-funded infrastructure development, especially a $400 million stadium in Hobart.
