Nordic telco and M2M Platform-as-a-service (PaaS) provider Tele2 has made a string of announcements this week that individually don’t particularly whet the appetite, but which collectively suggest the formation of a key pivot for the company – perhaps switching its focus on the IoT in the face of increased cellular competition in Eastern Europe and saturated markets in the West.
