Weak demand for EVs in Europe is being reflected in companies’ financial results, policy discussions, and even in national GDP statistics, in Hungary’s case. This coincides with the EU’s ongoing moves toward a final tariff which could be as high as a total 48% to protect their industry from a Chinese ‘invasion’.
