M&A & Investments Bezeq has offered $594 million to Altice to acquire the Hot Mobile division from the beleaguered French firm. Bezeq would merge Hot into the Pelephone brand, in Israel. Altice is not commenting on the offer. Hot has around 2 million subscribers, with Pelephone on around 2.6 million – making this quite the bargain. Telia has signed an MoU to divest its Latvian holdings, a 60.3% share of MNO Latvenergo and a 49% stake in fixed-line focused Tet. Financial terms have not been published.
