M&A, IP, Patents Shareholders of US fiber broadband network operator Frontier Communications have approved the sale of the company to Verizon for $20 billion in cash. Some 63% of stockholders voted ‘For’ the merger agreement proposal. Financials Deutsche Telekom’s Q3 adjusted net profit was up 3% to €2.3 billion and reported net profit came in at €3, up by more than 50%. Net revenue rose by 3.6% to €28.5 billion. As usual, growth is largely driven by T-Mobile in the US. In October, ratings agency Moody’s raised the long-term rating outlook of Deutsche Telekom to positive.
