M&A & Investments VMO2 has confirmed that it is pausing the sale of a minority stake in its UK network operations (NetCo), until Telefonica has completed its strategic review. The other partner in the joint venture, cableco Liberty Global, has said it respects the decision of Telefonica’s new leadership, but this comes some 15 months after the NetCo plan was first unveiled.
