RAN equipment providers Nokia and ZTE used this year’s MWC Barcelona 2023 to sign a series of partnership agreements with operators in Indonesia. Nokia and Indonesian operator Indosat Ooredoo Hutchinson signed an agreement on advanced campus enterprise wireless networks. It will see Nokia’s “Modular Private Wireless” offered to Indosat customers in East and Central Java, Sumatra, and Kalimantan (Indonesian Borneo). The focus will be on ultra-reliable, low-latency deployments to boost economic growth and efficiencies in vital areas of industrial activity.
