The past two years have been turbulent in the private networks market. This is a reflection of the wider macroeconomic conditions, but also the fallout from a very hype-driven consensus, observed in 2021 and 2022. Enterprise adoption of private cellular networks has been slower than most had hoped. WiFi remains a strong indoor rival, to even the most advanced 5G installations.
Nonetheless, progress is being made.
