Tech giant IBM has been ranked as the number one smart city supplier, according to a report from Navigant research. The report has produced a top 10 ranking of vendors based on specific criteria, to give the smart city sector what it describes as an objective assessment of their strengths and weaknesses in a potentially prosperous global smart city technology market.
