Sky Mobile resorted to the familiar excuse of disruption caused by its Huawei kit replacement for an earlier outage. This looks like a smokescreen, given that Sky Mobile has had three years to develop its rip and replace strategy and in any case as an MVNO relies largely on an MNO, in this case Virgin Media O2, for its network.
