We have waxed poetic about the problematic dynamic that exists between operators and vendors, concerning the deployment of new technologies. The sales pitch never talks about the complexity of ripping and replacing, nor the long nights and headaches that make actually pulling the trigger and switching vendors such a difficult decision. So, two announcements from an unknown vendor caught our eye. Totogi provides cloud-based SaaS tools and APIs, which operators can use to create the various customer experiences needed.
