M&A BT is selling its Irish wholesale and enterprise unit to Speed Fiber, for some €22 million. BT is keeping the largest customers and contracts, but Speed Fiber will take around 400 contracts, and the network assets. BT recently sold its Irish data center business to Equinix. Indus Towers has finalized two tower deals, buying 12,700 from Bharti Airtel and another 3,400 from Bharti Hexacom. Combined, the deal is worth some $378 million. Bharti Airtel owns just over 50% of Indus Towers, but has used an independent valuation, to shuffle these assets between its subsidiaries.
