In the latest Airtime Report published by Amagi, artificial intelligence has taken a more prominent role than in previous editions, but many of the same questions around methodology and interpretation are left unsolved. As ever with vendor-authored reports, a degree of caution is required. The data itself may be directionally useful, but it is also framed in a way that highlights the value of the vendor’s own platform and customer base.
