If Bitmovin’s Video Developer Report last year sounded a little too optimistic to be true, then the pendulum of this year’s report has swung the other way with a sobering sense of deflation across all results. Perhaps a counterbalance from previous overinflation, perhaps a reflection of an industry still stuck in the slow-adoption mud.
