Natural Resources Canada has published the conclusion of an audit into a $182.5mn federal investment program that subsidized the installation of 102 EV charging stations in Canada. It has found that some locations are barely used more than once a day, and this performance is going to cause heads to roll if political opponents can weaponize it.
