Cisco has launched into the LPWAN market with the release of a new gateway and adapter module that provides LoRa connectivity, WiFi, and cellular links to Cisco switches. It’s a move that will see Cisco battle against the prevalent corporate inertia, and persuade potential customers of the benefits of connected machinery.
