In a swift nine-hour deliberation, the showdown between Arm and Qualcomm ended in a mistrial. This case will be brought again, unless the pair settle, but after a swift deliberation, the jury found that Qualcomm itself had not broken its license agreement with Arm. The jury could not reach a decision as to whether Nuvia had broken the terms, leading to the mistrial.
