The Next Generation Mobile Networks Alliance (NGMN) recently published its v1.0 guidance for operating disaggregated networks. The high-level guide will be somewhat redundant for engineers, but might be useful to get the ball rolling in the non-technical parts of the organization. It would pay well to start planning the 6G rollout today, but many MNOs will leave that headache for as long as possible – and likely pay a price for it.
