Unsurprisingly, the Vendors segment has declined this week, but don’t let this distract you from another week of shoddy Operator performance. Admittedly, even the Indexes segment has declined, and with that, it is easy to write this week off as another chapter in the Fall of Rome – a narrative we try not to lean into too hard. As outlined in an article above, Ericsson and Nokia have whiffed bigly, but there have been a few improvements.
