The Open RAN equipment market will grow to reach $19.2 billion by 2030, according to new projections from Wireless Watch’s sister service – RAN Research. The market forecast says that there will be just under 1.3 million Open RAN cells deployed by 2030, but that most early deployments will remain single-vendor scenarios.
