Reliability has taken over from speed as the most important aspect of mobile QoS for most consumers, with availability close behind, and coverage also rising ever higher up the agenda. This has been confirmed by the principle mobile analytics firms, such as London-based Opensignal and Seattle-headquartered Ookla, both of which conduct regular comparative benchmarks of mobile services in multiple countries.
