The participation of the LoCaT Project – which stands for Low Carbon TV delivery – in a recent webinar, had hoped to deliver a timely update on dubious figures published back in early 2022, fueling the TV sustainability debate. Our sister-service Faultline covered the results of this study at the time, which compared the carbon footprints of DTT, OTT and IPTV delivery infrastructure in Europe.
