In a surprising turn of events, the Operators segment in our Wireless Watch tracker has outperformed both the Vendors and Indexes, just as we feared the traditional Q4 slump was setting in. It might be wise to savor the moment, rather than stake investments, as this is a rare victory for the Operators – up 2.39%, in the week that the Vendors slid by 0.59%, and the Indexes fell by 0.17%.
