The saga of ZTE’s battle with the US authorities drags on, against the backdrop of Chinese-US trade and security tensions. The US government has temporarily lifted some of the restrictions imposed on the vendor, to allow it to support existing customers while it puts the measures in place to secure a full reprieve.
