Nagra’s parent Kudelski Group grew half year revenues 6.2% to $440 million, and has upgraded its forecast to reach between $954 million and $974 million for the full year. Had it not been for currency fluctuations, it would have grown over 10% in revenue and has achieved almost the same in operating income. It’s a big turnaround from a few years ago when it was a disparate group of pure security businesses, but assets sales and shrewd acquisitions including buying Telenor’s Conax, have steadied the ship and the Swiss group seems to be going from strength to strength.
