Charter TWC deal is a slam dunk, new campaign opts for untruths

The American broadband industry had better get used to it, Charter will win the hand of Time Warner Cable (TWC) and Bright House Networks, and get both the blessing of the Justice Department and the FCC and there are very clear reasons for this.
