Broadband-first operator Frontier Communications has given YouTube TV the elevated status of integrated billing, allowing its customers to easily add the virtual MVPD as their live TV service. While operators are no stranger to integrating the billing for OTT platforms these days, these are pretty much always VoD platforms. Operators prefer to keep their live TV offering undisturbed, fearing that consumers may realize they can easily get the TV experience without a set top.
