One slide from the keynote presentation of EU Comms regulator Sandrine Elmi Hersi – adeptly nicknamed “the jugular” of understanding EU regulation by Greening of Streaming (GoS) founder Dom Robinson – piqued the curiosity of some in the audience at the second day of this week’s Brussels conference. The object of interest was the following diagram taken from a study published in March by the French telco regulator ARCEP, in coordination with ADEME, the French environment agency.
