Like many of the technologies that we cover in Faultline, quality of experience (QoE) and analytics in general are facing commoditization. As cloud-based online video platforms (OVPs) become the go-to hub for most video services, QoE and analytics both become one of many tools that are easily available to customers at the press of a button.
