Adventuring slightly outside of our wheelhouse in Las Vegas, a new name on Faultline’s pages is Silicon-valley based content compliance firm Spherex—not to be confused with NASA’s upcoming near-infrared space telescope SPHEREx. Surfing on the artificial intelligence boom, Spherex was showcasing its rebranded SpherexAI platform at the 2024 NAB Show, which automatically flags events in movies, TV shows, or advertisements that could be culturally objectionable.
