Deltatre and Endeavor Streaming, two established streaming software companies which have each seen their dirty financial laundry aired publicly in recent months, are set to merge products and teams in a bid to save costs. The deal will see Italy-based Deltatre acquire New York-headquartered Endeavor Streaming from its much larger parent company Endeavor Group Holdings. The fee size remains undisclosed, suggesting a modest exit for Endeavor Streaming, though it was clear that new owners would be looking to offload assets after Endeavor Group’s own acquisition by private equity firm Silver Lake in March 2025.
