But in a rethink of its royally outdated image, the UK-based racecourse claims there is no need to horse around with low-resolution broadcasts—after staking a claim as the venue for the world’s first live 8K spatial computing workflow for a horseracing event. It’s a niche entry for the Guinness book of records, but a noteworthy one nonetheless for its use of best-of-breed technology to deliver an 8K stereoscopic live feed of the racecourse on Apple Vision Pro headsets.
