BBC R&D and Sony are collaborating at IBC 2025 to raise awareness about the C2PA (Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity)—a project founded in 2021 by Adobe, Arm, BBC, Intel, Microsoft, and Truepic with the aim of bringing transparency to the origin of media in the age of rampant AI and dangerous deepfakes.
