John Malone’s Liberty Media has completed the acquisition of Dorna Sports, owner of the MotoGP Grand Prix motorcycle racing franchise. The €4.3 billion ($5 billion) deal, now rubberstamped by the European Commission, brings another high-octane motorsport operation under the Liberty umbrella, which already owns Formula 1.
